Hummus and Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens or baby spinach
  • 1 cup assorted sliced vegetables (such as bell peppers, cucumber, carrot, and tomato)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or shredded cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil), chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer mixed salad greens or baby spinach over the hummus layer.
