Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are well coated. Marinate for about 20-30 minutes, turning the fillets halfway through.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grease the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
  6. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a slightly charred appearance.
  7. Remove the salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
