Method:

1. Preheat oven to 195C and line a baking tray.
2. Lightly cream 250g softened butter. Add 500g Afghan Mix and combine.
3. Shape tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and place on a tray, slightly flattening the top with the back of a spoon. Bake for approx. 16 minutes.
4. Allow to cool on oven tray. Cover with your choice of chocolate icing or melted chocolate and top with one walnut piece Yields approximately 25 biscuits.
