Dark Rye Sourdough Mix

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Rye meal (15%), Rye flour (5%), Gluten, Fermented Wheat flour, Sugar, Roasted malted Barley, Iodised salt, Canola oil, Soy flour, Mineral salts (170, 516), Emulsifiers (472e, 481), Dough conditioners (300,920), Enzymes.

Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Soy. May contain: Egg, Milk.

Packed in a facility that handles gluten, egg, milk, soy, sesame, treenuts and sulphites.

 
Method:

1. Remove bread pan from bread maker.
2. Place 300ml Water in the bottom of the bread pan.
3. Sprinkle 500g of Bread Mix over the top of the water, then 8g (2tsp) Active Dried Yeast over the top of the Brea Mix
4. Insert bread pan into bread maker. Use WHEAT setting / Loaf Size 750g.
