Hokey Pokey Muffin Mix

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Honeycomb Balls (13%) (sugar, maize glucose, water, palm kernel oil, sodium bicarbonate, gelatine), Vegetable Oil, Whey Powder (Milk), Modified Starch (1422), Raising Agent (450,500), Salt, Gluten Flour, Emulsifiers (471, 477), Stabiliser (415), Flavour, Acidity Regulator (330).

Allergens: Gluten, Milk, Wheat.

Packed in a facility that handles gluten, egg, milk, soy, sesame, treenuts and sulphites.

 
Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a 12-hole muffin tray.
2. Add 500g Muffin Mix, 115ml Water & 2 Eggs to a large bowl. Blend with a cake mixer for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down the sides, then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add 140ml oil and blend on low speed until incorporated. To make GOLD RUSH MUFFINS, add ½ cup chocolate chips and lightly mix.
3. Spoon mixture into muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes.
