Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray.
2. Lightly cream 200g softened butter. Add 500g Shortbread Mix and combine on low speed - do not overmix.
3. Roll dough out to a thickness of 1cm (use baking paper to protect rolling pin if required). Cut to desired shape and place biscuits on baking tray. Bake for approx. 18 minutes.

4. Allow to cool on oven tray. Yields approximately 23 biscuits.
