Ingredients: Yeast, Wheat Starch, Wheat Flour, Emulsifier (472c, 481), Flour Treatment Agent (300), Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Enzymes.

Directions for breadmaking:

For 1kg Flour (2 Loaves)

Group 1: Blend together 400g White Flour, 20g Salt, 20g Sugar, 40g Supa Bake Yeast.

Group 2: Blend together 320ml Cold Water & 320ml Boiling Water.

Group 3: White Flour 600g

Method:

Add Group 1 & Group 2 together and mix to a smooth paste. Stand for 2-3 mins.

Add Group 3 and mix in to a dough.

Knead and then rest for 15mins in a warm place.

Mould into 2 loaves, prove and then bake.
